This strategic move aims to enhance public understanding of Republic Act No. 10931, widely known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA). Through these collaborations, CHED-UniFAST CAR seeks to amplify its outreach efforts, ensuring that the transformative opportunities offered by UAQTEA reach a broader audience.

On April 24, 2025, CHED-UniFAST CAR conducted an orientation for the new Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) beneficiaries enrolled in the University of the Cordilleras (UC).

On April 10, 2025, CHED-UniFAST CAR conducted an orientation for student-grantees from Baguio College of Technology (BCT) under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP).

Staying true to its mission of transforming lives through education, CHED-UniFAST CAR successfully conducted a comprehensive orientation for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP-TES) beneficiaries of Pines City Colleges (PCC) on April 3, 2025, at the PCC campus along Magsaysay Road, Baguio City.

In its unwavering commitment to ensure that opportunities reach every deserving Cordilleran youth, CHED-UniFAST CAR successfully conducted the 2025 online session of its official Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaign, Project ACCESS (Acquainting In-Coming College Entrants on Scholarships and Grants-in-Aid System), on April 11, 2025. The session was streamed live via Zoom and Facebook Live, making vital information on scholarships and financial assistance more accessible across the region.
