The SEEDLING Project or Skills Enhancement,  Engagement, and Development: A Learning Intervention to Nurture Grantees is a learning and development series conducted by the CHED-CAR UniFAST Unit. It aims enhance the skills, establish engagement, and spearhead development for grantees and beneficiaries of RA 10931 in the Region through the provision of learning and development series. Specifically, the project aims to achieve the following:

• To strengthen the skills of and provide additional knowledge to grantees and beneficiaries of RA 10931 in the Region through the conduct of series of webinar; and,

• To participate in the nation’s monthly observances.
