To ensure universal access to quality tertiary education in the Kalinga Province, the Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region UniFAST Unit completed the monitoring of Tertiary Education Subsidy Program (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP-TES) among the higher education institutions on February 08-09, 2023.

In its eager quest to champion accessible and relevant education in the Cordillera Administrative Region, the Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region through its UniFAST Unit conducted the first episode of this year’s series of the SEEDLING Project or the Skills Enhancement, Engagement, and Development: A Learning Intervention to Nurture Grantees on January 30, 2023, via Zoom and Facebook Live.
