
CHED-UniFAST CAR brought Project ACCESS to Kapangan National High School in Kapangan, Benguet on October 16, 2025, as part of the school’s Career Quest 2025 celebration.

In celebration of the UniFAST Founding Anniversary and the National Mental Health Week, the Commission on Higher Education–Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education Cordillera Administrative Region (CHED-UniFAST CAR) successfully conducted the third installment of this year’s SEEDLING Project on October 15, 2025.

“I almost gave up my studies,” shared Kelly Jem. “But my father reminded me that education is the only treasure he can leave me — something no one can ever take away.”
The episode also featured Kelly Jem C. Ramil, a fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management student at Apayao State College (ASC) and a Batch 15 TES beneficiary.

Hope and opportunity filled the EKB Auditorium of Apayao State College (ASC) as 374 new beneficiaries were officially welcomed into the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) program during an orientation led by the Commission on Higher Education–Unified Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (CHED-UniFAST) CAR on October 5, 2025, at the ASC Luna Campus. Each beneficiary from TES Batch 15 will receive ₱10,000 per semester to help sustain their academic journey.

Continuing its series of orientations across the Cordillera Administrative Region, CHED-UniFAST CAR visited Saint Louis University (SLU) on October 2, 2025, to conduct an orientation session for the latest batch of beneficiaries under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) program.
