As part of its continuing commitment to making higher education more accessible to disadvantaged and marginalized sectors, the Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region (CHED-CAR) was featured as a resource agency during the 4Ps Hour segment of the Department of Social Welfare and Development – Cordillera Administrative Region (DSWD-CAR), aired on DZWT 540 AM – Radyo Totoo on July 23, 2026. The program was hosted by Aling Rosa and co-hosted by Christian Robert M. Sandoval, Information Officer II of DSWD-CAR.
True to its commitment to promoting inclusive and accessible higher education, the Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region (CHED-CAR) actively participated in the National Disability Rights Week (NDRW) Service Caravan held on July 24, 2026, at the Baguio Convention and Cultural Center. This year’s celebration, themed “Rights First, Legislation Forward—Strategic Action for Equal Participation and Inclusive Development,” was hosted by the Persons with Disability Affairs Office Baguio in partnership with the Regional Council for Disability Affairs (RCDA).
