No school is too far for Project ACCESS, as the Commission on Higher Education – Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (CHED-UniFAST) CAR visited Sinacbat National High School in Bakun, Benguet, on March 31, 2025, during its Women’s Month Celebration and Career Guidance Program with the theme: “Empower, Protect, and Guide: A Unified Scouting Journey for Career, Women, and Safety.”
CHED-UniFAST CAR successfully conducted an orientation for new beneficiaries of the Tulong Dunong Program under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TDP-TES) at Easter College Inc. (ECI) on March 21, 2025. The session, held at ECI, Guisad Road, Baguio City, was attended by grantees from Batches 9.1 and 20.1, whose assistance takes effect in the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2023-2024.
CHED-UniFAST CAR revisited Taba-ao Integrated School (TIS) on March 14, 2025, as part of its Career Caravan 2025, conducting Project ACCESS (Acquainting Incoming College Entrants on Scholarships and Grants-in-Aid System). A total of 132 participants, including Grade 10 and 12 students, school staff, parents, and barangay officials, attended the orientation on various financial assistance programs offered by CHED and UniFAST.

CHED-UniFAST CAR successfully conducted monitoring meetings with partner Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Abra Province from March 12-14, 2025.
The institutions visited included Data Center College of the Philippines – Bangued Abra, Abra Valley Colleges, Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology, and Divine Word College of Bangued.

In partnership with the Provincial Government of Benguet and Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC), CHED-UniFAST CAR successfully conducted an orientation session for the final installment of Batches 9.1 and 20.1 of the Tulong Dunong Program under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TDP-TES) on March 20, 2025, at the SHS Hall of CCDC in La Trinidad, Benguet.
