
In its continued commitment to accessible education, CHED-UniFAST CAR conducted a special orientation session for new grantees of the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP-TES) on May 14, 2025, at the Senior High School Hall of Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) in Buyagan, La Trinidad, Benguet.

On May 14, 2025, CHED-UniFAST CAR conducted a site visit to Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) in La Trinidad, Benguet, to observe the implementation of Project SAGIP at its Admirals Farm Park. This initiative, Scholars and Grant-in-Aid Beneficiaries Action in Greening initiative Program, highlights the dedication of CHED-UniFAST and CCDC to fostering environmental consciousness and social responsibility among student-grantees.

On May 6, 2025, following its annual monitoring meeting with Apayao State College (ASC), the CHED-UniFAST CAR team visited the implementation site of Project SAGIP in Barangay San Gregorio, Luna, Apayao.

In a bid to amplify its advocacy and information dissemination efforts, the Commission on Higher Education – Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (CHED-UniFAST) Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) has officially partnered with Apayao State College (ASC) for the conduct of “UAQTEA Time”, a dynamic radio program aimed at promoting the landmark Republic Act No. 10931.

The CHED-UniFAST CAR team convened with representatives of Apayao State College, headed by its President Dr. John Cabansag, on May 6, 2025, to conduct the annual monitoring of the program implementation under RA 10931, known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act.
