CHED-UniFAST CAR continues its commitment to guiding student grantees toward academic success through an orientation held for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) beneficiaries of King’s College of the Philippines (KCP) in Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, on September 30, 2025.

A total of 87 student-grantees form this batch of TES beneficiaries in KCP, effective the First Semester of Academic Year 2024–2025.

During the session, Ms. Jezeny O. Laoyan, Lead Regional Coordinator of CHED-UniFAST CAR, delivered an insightful discussion on the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (RA 10931) and emphasized the important roles and responsibilities expected of TES beneficiaries.

Through this orientation, CHED-UniFAST CAR reaffirmed its mission to empower students with the right information and mindset—ensuring that every grantee not only benefits from the program but also becomes a responsible partner in nation-building.
