As part of its ongoing commitment to expanding access to higher education, CHED-UniFAST CAR brought Project ACCESS (Acquainting Incoming College Entrants on Scholarships and Grants-in-Aid System) to the senior high school students of Saint Tonis College on March 11, 2025.

Leading the initiative was Dr. Bernadette C. Pal-ec, Education Supervisor II and UniFAST Focal Person, who provided an in-depth orientation on the various financial assistance programs available for tertiary education through CHED and UniFAST. She was joined by Regional Coordinators Ms. Ana Grace P. Salibad, Mr. Lemuel Refuerzo, and Ms. Danielle Galong, who helped facilitate the session.

Now in its fourth year of implementation, Project ACCESS continues to serve as CHED-UniFAST CAR’s flagship Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaign, equipping incoming college students with essential knowledge on scholarships and grants-in-aid programs. By empowering students with these opportunities, CHED-UniFAST CAR reaffirms its commitment to making quality higher education more accessible to all.
