Committed to promoting accessible and inclusive education in the Cordillera Administrative Region, CHED-UniFAST CAR met with Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) beneficiaries enrolled at Abra Valley Colleges on March 12, 2025.

Ms. Jezeny O. Laoyan, Lead Regional Coordinator of CHED-UniFAST CAR, provided an in-depth overview of the programs under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA). She also emphasized the beneficiaries’ roles and responsibilities to ensure their continued eligibility for the program.

This engagement highlights CHED-UniFAST CAR’s ongoing efforts to empower students by equipping them with the necessary information and support to maximize the benefits of government-funded financial assistance programs.
