SEED Project 2023 Episode 2 Features Google Workspace Collaboration and Productivity Tools

In its constant quest to provide excellent public service, the Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region (CHED-CAR) together with the Focal Persons from various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Region advanced their productivity skills through an episode of the Skills Enhancement and Employee Development Project or the SEED Project 2023 Series on April 27, 2023. The said episode focused on the topic “Google Workspace Collaborative and Productivity Tools” wherein the participants were oriented with the apps included in the cloud-based integrated environment.
Gracing the event as the Resource Person, Ms. Frauline G. Bentayon, Provincial Focal for ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) for Benguet Province of the Department of Information and Communications Technology – Cordillera Administrative Region (DICT-CAR), presented the features of the apps included in the Google Workspace and on how these can boost productivity and collaboration in the workplace. Among the apps presented were Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
A total of ninety (90) participants completed the webinar. A simple Kahoot game was also administered during the latter part of the program.
The SEED Project is a learning and development project initiated by the UniFAST Unit of CHED-CAR with the support of its Regional Director, Dr. Demetrio P. Anduyan Jr. It aims to promote excellence in client service through the provision of learning and development programs for its employees and UniFAST Focal Persons from its partner HEIs in the Region. Conducted every other month, the next episode for the said project is to be conducted in June 2023.
