To further improve the implementation of the programs under the Republic Act No. 10931 or the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, the CHED-CAR UniFAST Team met with the representatives of the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College on February 23, 2023. Leading the team, Dr. Bernadette C. Pal-ec, Education Supervisor II and UniFAST Focal Person, discussed matters regarding the liquidation and billing, monitoring of beneficiaries, and adherence to the projects and programs spearheaded by the Regional Office and the Unit.

MPSPC Personnels involved in the implementation of TES and TDP-TES programs including their TES and TDP-TES Focal Person, Accountant, Cashier, Registrar, and Guidance Officers were present during the said meeting.

Joining Dr. Pal-ec were Regional Coordinators Mia Charisma Langpaoen, Ana Grace Salibad, and Marife Calimodag.

The monitoring activity is an annual undertaking of the Unit to ensure the smooth delivery of programs under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act.
