Kinga, meaning “Voice” in Kalinga dialect, is the official e-Magazine of the CHED-UniFAST Cordillera Administrative Region. Through this platform, we share the latest news and updates but more importantly, we amplify the voices of those whose lives have been transformed by the educational opportunities provided by CHED-UniFAST in the Cordillera Administrative Region. 

Kinga is published quarterly by the Commission on Higher Education–Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education Cordillera Administrative Region (CHED-UniFAST CAR).
