On April 10, 2025, CHED-UniFAST CAR conducted an orientation for student-grantees from Baguio College of Technology (BCT) under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP).

Ms. Jurcell V. Dilla, one of the Regional Coordinators of CHED-UniFAST CAR, led the orientation, providing essential information and guidance to the grantees. She was joined by fellow Regional Coordinators, Mr. Lemuel V. Refuerzo and Ms. Vanessa E. Langpaoen, who also supported the activity.

By clarifying program guidelines and expectations, the orientation sought to empower grantees to maximize the support provided by the government and to uphold their responsibilities as student-grantees.
